Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
