About the Role

The Imaging Center Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the operational management of Seattle Radiology, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for patients, referrers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of administrative staff and technologists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure the center's financial viability and sustainability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and maintaining accreditation.
  • Patient Experience: Enhance the patient experience through effective communication, addressing concerns, and improving service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of competence and professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Manager of IC, Medical Director, and other healthcare professionals to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as compliance with relevant healthcare laws and standards.
Requirements
  • MRI or CT technologist experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's in business management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in Imaging Center operations preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in healthcare operations management required.
