Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound and other modalities to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement imaging protocols to ensure high-quality images and efficient patient throughput.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring patient comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • ARDMS AB and ARDMS OB certifications.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with GE and Phillips ultrasound equipment, with Siemens preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Knowledge of imaging protocols and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement new protocols as needed.
