Position Summary:

The People, Strategy & Operations (PSO) team plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth by recruiting skilled professionals, offering development opportunities, and collaborating with leadership to enhance team performance. If you have a talent for identifying potential and thrive in a dynamic setting, this role is designed for you. You will serve as a vital link, connecting outstanding candidates with fulfilling career opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from sourcing ideal candidates to managing interview processes, thereby significantly influencing our team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out potential candidates through various platforms, including online job boards and employee referrals, to cultivate a strong talent pool.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview experience.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment activities, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Job Advertising: Assist in crafting and disseminating engaging job postings to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Reference & Background Checks: Execute reference checks and background verifications to confirm candidate suitability.
  • Event Participation: Engage in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the company and draw in potential candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing requirements and devise strategic recruitment plans.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to remain updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Efforts: Promote diversity and inclusion by actively seeking diverse candidates and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to provide insights for enhancing the recruitment process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with additional PSO projects and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of recruitment experience or related field experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law; multi-state knowledge is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media and digital job boards to discover new talent sources.
  • HR certification or SHRM designation is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Excellent follow-up and time management abilities.
