The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the main liaison for our clientele and consumers. The CSR will manage a portfolio of accounts and facilitate order processing through the company's systems. Building and nurturing relationships with clients is a key responsibility, along with providing necessary administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to and follow up on inquiries from customers, vendors, and consumers through various communication channels.
- Account Management: Process orders via multiple methods, including electronic and manual systems, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare reports related to shipping, sales, and inventory as required. Provide support to management and team members, including document management and event coordination.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- High School diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of professional customer service experience.

- Familiarity with production or sales environments is a plus.
