Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview - Develop and sustain a robust customer network within designated regions by supporting Regional Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint key contacts for outreach
  • Proactively cultivate and nurture assigned client partnerships
  • Comprehensive understanding of product offerings, maintenance requirements, installation basics, and KYA protocols
  • Gather detailed information from clients regarding potential projects (product specifications, color preferences, style choices, lead times, area dimensions, etc.)
  • Input relevant data into KUE/HubSpot to track daily activities
  • Monitor quote progress to ensure timely updates for clients
  • Provide quotes to clients and follow up as needed
  • Respond to inquiries related to quotes under your purview
  • Initiate new support requests for marketing, technical assistance, etc.
  • Forward purchase orders and signed agreements to the Contracts department for processing
  • Liaise with Operations to confirm installation and delivery timelines, keeping clients informed
  • Attend installations as required and act as site coordinator when designated by the Sales Manager
  • Manage signed work releases and submit to the Operations Department
  • Capture before and after images of installations as necessary
  • Assist in capturing high-quality marketing images of completed projects
  • Possess the ability to estimate project costs accurately
  • Capable of measuring both indoor and outdoor project spaces
  • Support the Operations department with scheduling tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department on collections as necessary
  • Have a foundational understanding of all KYA purchasing agreements
  • Timely expense reporting using Expensify
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Participate in various events, including Trade Shows, Conventions, and Presentations as a representative of KYA Services, LLC
  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of trade show exhibits
  • Embrace and promote the KYA Kreed and Mission Statement
  • Travel within designated regions to support Regional Advisors.
Qualifications: Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, basic proficiency in measurement tools, familiarity with computer/tablet applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Education/Experience: A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with two years of relevant experience.

Language Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret documents such as measurement sheets and procedural manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Effective communication skills for presenting to groups of clients or colleagues.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest rates, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Reasoning Skills: Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email is essential for this role.

Certificates and Licenses: No specific certifications are required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not include direct reports.

Work Environment: This role may involve working from the corporate office or in the field. Extended travel may be required for sales calls, trade shows, and other professional engagements.
