Job Summary:

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Verification Specialist to join our team. As a Benefits Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying patient-specific benefits for programs we administer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Verification: Review patient insurance information, verify benefits, and document specifics for various payer plans, including patient coverage, cost share, and access/provider options.
  • Case Management: Triage cases with missing information to appropriate program associates, and verify patient-specific benefits.
  • Documentation: Complete data entry and/or appropriate forms to document patient benefits coverage.
  • Communication: Communicate with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and resolve any issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete quality review of work as part of finalizing product.
  • Reporting: Report any reimbursement trends/delays to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits verification or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm EST or 10:30am - 7:30pm EST.
