Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Licensing Specialist to manage provider data within our credentialing database, ensuring accuracy throughout the licensing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting necessary internal verifications to maintain data integrity.
  • Identifying discrepancies and communicating findings to management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of medical license applications.
  • Coordinating with medical boards for verifications and following up on pending tasks.
  • Keeping all stakeholders updated on the progress of license applications.
  • Ensuring that providers are prepared to commence their roles on scheduled dates.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with medical licensing processes and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
  • Experience with Hospital MSOs and state medical licensing authorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should also possess:

  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Basic clerical skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
