Job Overview

A prominent wholesale jewelry firm is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to oversee existing client relationships and assist with online product listings. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong communication abilities and a background in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for customer representatives
  • Organize and attend client meetings
  • Develop customer proposals following discussions
  • Support Merchandiser/Product Development with new product trends or requests
  • Follow up on orders and maintain customer communication regarding any issues
  • Address customer inquiries promptly to provide effective solutions
  • Introduce new or additional products to current clients
  • Input new item specifications into customer portals
  • Generate reports on sales activities, account statuses, and potential challenges
  • Utilize the company database to ensure accuracy of new samples and uploaded images

Required Skills

  • Experience in an Account Representative or similar sales support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Collaborative team player

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Two weeks of vacation
  • One week of medical/personal days
