Job Description

Premier Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership and a passion for developing sales representatives.

Purpose:

  • Lead a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

Duties:

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
  • Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
  • Evaluate and present sales updates to leadership.
  • Work with sales staff to master the sales cycle and close deals through training and development.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Work closely with other departments to effectively achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous industry experience preferred. Prefer independent dealer experience.
  • Solid grasp on IT services/software sales.
  • Must have prior experience recruiting and building a team.
