We are seeking a customer engagement representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to create a welcoming environment for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with ear piercings, providing product recommendations, and ensuring the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Welcome customers and assist them with ear piercings
  • Provide product recommendations and ensure the studio is clean and safe
  • Sales and Product Knowledge:
  • Promote and upsell Rowan's products
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan's product offerings
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets
  • Studio Maintenance and Operations:
  • Help maintain the studio's inventory and displays
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Assist managers with administrative tasks
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with studio managers and staff to provide seamless service to customers
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Support the team in achieving studio-wide goals

**Requirements:**

  • Retail or service industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
