Customer Service Representative Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead to join our team at The First National Bank of Long Island. This role will be responsible for performing both Teller and Platform duties at various branches, requiring the individual to float between locations as needed.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to customers' needs by processing financial transactions, including account openings, cross-selling, and servicing accounts.
- Greeting customers and performing customer needs assessments (profiling).
- Researching and resolving account issues or customer inquiries, promoting organizational products and services.
- Meeting sales expectations, generating sales and referrals, and managing cash drawers.
- Assisting the branch Manager with teller line and end-of-day functions and preparing daily paperwork according to branch procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years retail banking experience, including teller experience.
- Excellent math, organizational, computer, customer service, operational, and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and use keyboard, monitor, and calculator.
- Windows-based computer skills required.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
