Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless hotel operations, and leading a team of front desk associates.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service and Relations
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Front Office Operations
- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain front office systems, including property management software and other tools.
- Leadership and Development
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service and hotel operations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance front desk staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to front desk associates.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality leadership role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
