A.R. Mazzotta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its human resources department as an HR Assistant. This role provides essential administrative support to the HR team and involves various tasks based on prior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR functions such as payroll processing, benefit management, recruiting coordination, and maintaining employee files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including general tasks and projects.
  • Apply strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR department or 3 months of office experience with a degree in HR or a similar field.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new software programs.
