Community Counseling Center is seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that individuals and families receive the mental health services they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine the best course of treatment for clients.
  • Coordinate referrals to internal and external resources to ensure seamless care.
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate interventions and referrals to assist consumers.
  • Meet with the Director and Intake Team to staff cases as needed.
  • Schedule therapy appointments, intakes, treatment, and psychiatric appointments for consumers referred to the agency.
  • Make follow-up calls to engage the consumer and facilitate the recovery process.
  • Document all interactions and interventions according to clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field.
  • Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance.
