Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Association Manager/ Site Visit Specialist to join our team at Community Management. This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of property management, including daily operations, site visits, and board meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of properties, including interactions with property owners and board members
  • Oversee vendor management, property maintenance, and work order management
  • Perform site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with governing documents
  • Communicate with corporate office and collaborate with departments on multiple projects
  • Manage property accounts payable and budget
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and boards
Requirements
  • Previous property management experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable transportation, valid vehicle insurance, and driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Vendor management experience
  • Accounts payable and budgeting skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, Outlook, and tech-savvy in learning new software
