We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Client Specialist II to join our team at Truist. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Relationship Managers in providing sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and client contact strategy.
  • Support the sales process and portfolio growth through recognition of referral opportunities and expert-level knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide superior client service, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Assist in general servicing of commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including account opening, report pulling, and payment processing.
  • Monitor reporting and escalate as needed to ensure accurate client assignment and account data.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
  • Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Two years of experience in a CCS role or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
