Program Director of Enrollment Management, English Language Center

Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director of Enrollment Management for the English Language Center (ELC). The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the ELC's enrollment strategy and ensuring the success of international students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enrollment strategies to meet ELC goals and projections, in collaboration with the Associate Director, Intensive English Program, and Director of Programs.
  • Manage the entire enrollment lifecycle, from inquiry to admissions, visa issuance, and advising, for international students in ELC programs.
  • Act as a Designated School Official (DSO) certified by the Department of Homeland Security's Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP).
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree and minimum of 4 years of administrative experience related to student admissions, enrollment management, and academic operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal nonimmigrant visa regulations (SEVP - Student Exchange Visitor Program) and the ability to implement these regulations.
  • Experience working with Student Information Systems and CRM/Admissions application systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with proven troubleshooting and solution-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.
  • Previous experience working with (Banner), ISSM (International Student & Scholar Management), CourseLeaf, Destiny, and Salesforce is preferred.
Work Mode Designation:

This position has been designated as Hybrid. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed to meet the evolving needs of the University.

Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $44,022.00 - $73,406.80.

Compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
