Job Responsibilities

The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for guests, both via phone and in person. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system and ensuring guests are greeted in a friendly and professional manner while providing necessary information and assistance to various departments.

Key Duties:
  • Handle incoming calls on a multi-line system, assess caller needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Welcome guests, ascertain their requirements, and facilitate their connection with the relevant department.
  • Oversee visitor check-in and security protocols.
  • Manage the scheduling of conference room reservations.
  • Support different departments with special projects as required.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a personable demeanor and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist role within a professional setting.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across departments with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Punctual with effective time management skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities safely and effectively.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug testing.
