About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a global business that celebrates diversity across 63 countries. As a skilled Parts and Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying parts and services that can be upgraded or repaired to prolong the life of our customers' existing fleet vehicles. You will work closely with teams across the business, including engineering, procurement, and customer service, to manage sales and services to existing transit agencies. Your primary goal will be to obtain revenue intake targets and customer satisfaction levels while developing and maintaining strong relationships with transit agencies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields, as well as 7 years of experience in rail or other related businesses, or the project engineering industry. Knowledge of connections with transport agencies is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets are essential. You should also be able to steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries.
