Job Description

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Inventory Control Specialist at Honor Foods, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Count and analyze inventory, noting any discrepancies and informing management of any issues.
  • Keep inventory organized and accurate.
  • Help resolve customer issues related to inventory, such as shortages or damages.
  • Set up items and storage areas to make shipping and receiving more efficient.
  • Maintain and update inventory records as per our SOP program.
  • Operate the warehouse management system.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Previous inventory experience is a plus.
  • Experience with stand-up and reach forklifts preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Basic math skills and computer literacy.
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
