Inventory Specialist Lead

This Materials Handler position is an exciting opportunity to join the Amuneal Manufacturing Corp. team. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing materials and inventory, ensuring seamless processes and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the receipt, organization, and management of incoming materials, guaranteeing efficient workflows and minimal disruptions.
- Accurately maintain records of material storage and inventory levels, facilitating informed decision-making across departments.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials to various teams as required, ensuring timely delivery and effective use of resources.
- Liaise closely with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, enhance productivity, and drive business success.
- Operate forklifts with precision and care, transporting materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages promptly, preventing delays and ensuring continuous operation.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members and supervisors, providing updates on material needs and availability.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role, such as inventory specialist, materials handler, or logistics coordinator.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Forklift certification or significant experience operating forklifts is necessary.
- Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are vital.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
