Job Summary:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Communications Specialist to support student development in New Haven, IN. This full-time position involves delivering speech and language therapy services to students in various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on each student's needs and objectives.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' overall development and success.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress evaluation.
  • Stay current with the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Indiana.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy services.
