Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Child Development Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality early intervention services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing children and families, planning and implementing individualized development plans, and coordinating with service providers to ensure seamless support.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and assess children and families to identify developmental needs and goals.
  2. Develop and implement individualized development plans (IDPs) in collaboration with family members and service providers.
  3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and services.
Requirements
  1. Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  3. Valid United States driver's license with a clean driving record.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
