Position Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow within the clinic environment.

Team members serve as primary contacts for patients, managing appointment scheduling, preparing essential documentation, welcoming patients, and maintaining accurate records.

Furthermore, this role includes processing charges for services rendered, submitting insurance claims, addressing inquiries for information, and overseeing related departmental data.

Cash-handling responsibilities may also be included.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
