Position Overview:
AHF Products is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to enhance our operational efficiency and product quality. This role is pivotal in delivering technical support and driving process enhancements within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing engineering expertise and technical assistance to optimize production processes and systems.
- Leading initiatives for new product development in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Executing capital projects while adhering to budget, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Facilitating training sessions for operational staff on technical matters and process changes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing context.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
