Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in Mandarin and English, to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of handling tough customers (B2B or B2C) and being flexible with their schedule to accommodate evening shifts when required.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering operational questions, providing exceptional customer service, and collecting feedback to improve our product. You will also support other customer service tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate's compensation will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. In addition to competitive pay, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility. Estimated salary range: $54,000 - $60,720 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
