Position Overview: The Restaurant Operations Leader will manage all aspects of restaurant operations and team dynamics. This role involves providing direction and motivation to ensure a guest-centric and team-oriented environment. The leader will establish high standards and foster a positive workplace atmosphere to facilitate successful daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on personal and team development, promoting self-improvement while aiding others' success.
  • Oversee the entire operation, treating it as your own, from team development to inventory management, staffing, and accountability.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, including internal customers, by engaging in regular people planning, coaching, training, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Consistently strive to create loyal CAVA enthusiasts by finding ways to say yes to every guest and inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Take ownership of each shift, demonstrating pride in your work and achieving results.

  • Assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend and reach overhead frequently.
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work near open flames.
  • Occasional work in tight spaces.
  • Maintain constant communication with multiple individuals.
  • Close, distance, and peripheral vision required.
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
  • Occasional outdoor work conditions.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
