Job Overview

As a Retail Store Leader, you are prepared to set the standard, engage fully, and inspire your team to excel in connecting customers with their needs.

You will oversee all functions of a T-Mobile retail outlet. Familiarity with all facets of retail operations is essential, including recruitment, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary contact for store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations of team members' customer interactions, providing constructive feedback to support their development, training, and coaching, ensuring timely completion of assigned training.
  • Address customer-related concerns that enhance the customer experience in alignment with T-Mobile's brand standards.
  • Take charge of store performance, managing employee needs, store leadership, staffing, scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other operational aspects.
  • Promote operational excellence by monitoring all store functions, overseeing sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and implementing new initiatives.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized store environment at all times.
  • Strive to recruit team members who are enthusiastic about fostering long-term customer relationships and are passionate about the T-Mobile brand and digital innovations.
  • Guide your team through development, training, and mentorship, fostering behaviors that lead to customer loyalty and employee success.
  • Lead by example, staying informed about the latest products, services, training, and leadership practices to serve as a knowledgeable resource for your team.
  • Encourage team initiatives and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Accountable for overall store productivity. Drive operational efficiencies to minimize risks and safeguard store assets. Achieve financial outcomes based on key performance indicators. Identify strategies to manage and control store expenses.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to your team's success through personalized performance management plans and recognition of achievements.
  • Ensure that store employees meet or exceed established monthly performance metrics.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets for the store.
Qualifications: · 2 years of experience in wireless retail, preferably in a high-volume setting · Bachelor's degree preferred

Skills and Competencies: · Communication (Required) · Microsoft Office (Required) · Store Management (Required) · Store Operations (Required) · Customer Service (Required) Requirements: · 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required) · 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required) · Minimum age of 18 years · Legally authorized to work in the United States · High School Diploma or GED
