Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute a product strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives, and drives business growth through the Airport Lane Experience.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Customer Experience: Focus on delivering a seamless and frictionless experience for our customers, ensuring that our products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure that our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, and that our operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Stability and Performance: Ensure that our products are stable, performant, and meet the needs of our customers.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Proven ability to create a multi-quarter strategy based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, and existing stakeholder feedback.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
- Familiarity with delivering features to end-users and stakeholders that require lead time and coordination due to training, process changes, localized challenges, etc.
- Deep understanding of user experience across physical experiences and an understanding of real-world use vs hypothetical use.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive projects and make strong analytical decisions.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as required.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $170,000 - $200,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
