Key Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of their stay.
  • Resolve guest challenges and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, upselling products and services as needed.
  • Assist guests with check-out payments or charges, accepting and recording various forms of payment.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, services, and amenities.
  • Receive and respond to special requests from guests, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Promptly answer telephone and email inquiries, retrieving and forwarding messages to/from guests as required.
  • Field and resolve guest complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
  • Assist guests in emergency situations.
  • Maintain adequate supplies and functional equipment at the Front Desk.
  • Perform special assignments as deemed by the General Manager, Guest Services Manager, or Manager on Duty.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and varying hours.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
