Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support the Facilities Department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to visitors, callers, and internal customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  2. Parking and Delivery: Validate parking for visitors and employees, and receive Hot Shot deliveries.
  3. Administrative Support: Maintain important department transfer lists, admin lists, and troubleshoot problems.
  4. Facilities Support: Submit work tickets to building property and internal facilities employees, and provide tracking reports.
  5. Inventory Management: Manage office inventory, including stationery and equipment.
  6. Onboarding and Termination: Assist with onboarding and termination processes and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Corporate Receptionist.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a challenging environment and perform under moderate time constraints.
