Role Description:
Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Supervisor for a residential community.

The On-Site Property Supervisor will be responsible for:

  1. Fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
  2. Being accessible to residents and addressing their needs.
  3. Managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  4. Overseeing the financial health of the property by optimizing income and managing expenses.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, dependable, and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in property management is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to financial objectives while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and other relevant laws.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety and maintenance issues, ensuring the property is well-maintained.
  • Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with residents.
  • Operational Management: Oversee resident transitions, manage daily operations, and enforce community regulations.
  • Leasing Management: Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and manage lease agreements effectively.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare reports related to rent collection and tenant communications.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and contribute to community improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional property management training is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations is crucial.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to property management.
