Job Opportunity

Southwest Washington Regional Surgery Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Ambulatory Surgical Care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to surgical patients in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical care environment.
  • Assess and care for patients recovering from general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia, and IV sedation.
  • Deliver exceptional care, assessment, and education to patients in the pre-operative area.
  • Oversee recovery and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work at least 4 shifts every 6 weeks.
  • Valid Washington State Nursing License required.
  • BLS & ACLS Certification necessary.
  • 1-2 years of experience in pre or post op, ER, acute care setting, or ICU.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, highly organized, strong communication skills, positive attitude, and good team building skills.
