Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will work remotely to support our nursing facilities in building exceptional teams.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be personable, motivated, and people-oriented, residing in Oregon or Washington State, with the flexibility to travel to skilled nursing centers as required.
Employment Status:
Full Time/Exempt
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Compensation:
Salary range of $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Oversee and enhance the talent acquisition strategy for a selection of our skilled nursing facilities across multiple states.
- Collaborate with local management to drive the complete recruiting cycle, including quality assurance, training, support, and employer branding initiatives.
- Engage in proactive sourcing of candidates and develop strong relationships within the community to promote our employment brand.
- Provide expert guidance and support to assigned locations regarding recruitment and staffing needs, ensuring exceptional service to team members.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding qualified candidates.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring data is accurately recorded in relevant systems.
- Work closely with various departments, including operations and human resources, to achieve comprehensive staffing solutions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM, AIRS, or CHCR are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location settings.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools is highly desirable.
