We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team at Harbor Healthcare System in Beaumont, Texas. As an In-Patient Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.

About the Role:

As an In-Patient Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  1. Admitting and coordinating patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive support.
  2. Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  3. Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering a sense of calm and well-being.
  4. Collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A current and valid RN license in the State of Texas.
  2. At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for experience in hospice or home health.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  4. A clean background and a negative drug test result.
