Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Compassion Hospice in Beaumont, TX. As a Full Time Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development, review, and revision of patient care plans
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individual patient needs
- Observe, record, and report patient reactions and changes in condition to appropriate personnel
- Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings

Requirements:

- RN License in the state of TX
- Home Health experience preferred
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
