Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Support Coordinator to join our team at Regal Medical Group. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our campus medical resources, patients, and affiliated providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound and outbound communications to support campus medical resources and patients
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, patient education, and provider transitions
  • Organize project mailings, such as post-ER visits and Early Bird Alert notifications
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, and write reports and business correspondence

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Managed Care or Healthcare environment
  • Advanced certification or education within the healthcare arena preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak) required
