POSITION SUMMARY

The AI Integration Manager will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and collaborate closely with attorneys and professional staff. This role is primarily focused on formulating AI strategies and enhancing the application of AI technologies to optimize workflow efficiencies and elevate service quality for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate integration strategies and develop plans for the smooth incorporation of AI technologies into current systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Encourage the utilization of AI tools and services to foster process enhancements and improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and objectives that could benefit from AI implementation.
  • Advocate for and facilitate AI education, training, and support for attorneys and professional staff.
  • Tailor AI solutions or create custom AI algorithms, models, or applications that meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of AI integrations to ensure they meet accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Assist attorneys in understanding and presenting AI solutions effectively.
  • Maintain and promote an updated inventory of all AI tools (applications, prompts, etc.) and services available for use by attorneys and professional staff.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage the vendor lifecycle to ensure optimal utilization of licenses in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI technologies to provide a range of solutions to support attorneys and professional staff.
  • Establish benchmarks to monitor and evaluate the successful implementation of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in AI integration, with a robust understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and platforms within a legal context.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking regarding AI integration challenges.
  • Capable of promoting AI innovation to diverse audiences and comfortable in teaching, coaching, and mentoring attorneys and professional staff.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at securing buy-in from a varied stakeholder base.
  • Broad technological knowledge, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about staying current with AI market trends.
  • Possesses a long-term vision, with the ability to plan and implement short-term solutions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and a consistent track record of meeting objectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a JD or a Master’s in a technical field is advantageous.
