Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect to join our newly formed Enterprise Data team, which oversees JLL's data strategy. In this role, you will spearhead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions across our diverse data platforms. Collaborating with colleagues at JLL globally, you will provide innovative solutions, develop new products, and enhance enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities to transform the Commercial Real Estate sector through the power of AI and data.

As a Senior AI Solutions Architect, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining AI models, algorithms, and systems that drive innovative products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs, propose AI solutions, and contribute to the evolution of our AI strategy.
  • Staying abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies, recommending their application as suitable.
  • Testing the feasibility of new ideas and translating client requirements into functional prototypes and scalable AI solutions.
  • Researching and exploring emerging trends and techniques in generative AI to remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Optimizing AI applications for efficient data processing and model utilization.
  • Implementing operational processes for AI applications and managing their lifecycle from prompt management to results evaluation.
  • Creating a robust framework for enterprise capabilities that cater to diverse use cases.
  • Enhancing AI models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Developing testing and validation methodologies to ensure the quality and performance of AI systems.
  • Continuously monitoring AI model performance and identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of AI models and systems.
  • Providing technical mentorship to engineers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine the organization's AI roadmap.
  • Keeping informed about industry trends and best practices in AI engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; a Ph.D. in AI or Machine Learning is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Deep understanding of AI methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks, including deep learning and natural language processing.
  • Experience with AI model development and deployment using platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Expertise in Cloud AI platforms and services, including Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI technologies and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing innovative AI solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning in emerging AI technologies.
