Accounts Receivable Administrator Job Summary

NFI Parts is a leading provider of parts, technical publications, training, and support for buses and motor coaches. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the timely and accurate administration of invoicing, cash posting, and collection of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily invoicing, including system setup for auto-invoicing reports and printing of daily invoices.
  • Reconcile invoices to shipped-not-invoiced reports and maintain information on spreadsheets.
  • Navigate through SharePoint to pull banking information and create receipt transfers when required.
  • Post daily bank deposits for CAD and USD (ACH/EFT and Lockbox).
  • Post CyberSource daily batches and create transactions in CyberSource when required.
  • Administer manual invoices and credit/debit memos when required.
  • Maintain customer database, including addition of new customers in Oracle and updating ship-to, bill-to addresses, contact names, tax profiles, discounts, and webstore information.
  • Collect accounts and perform account reconciliations.
  • Be accountable for assigned accounts to keep within the DSO target.
  • Follow all current AR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience with collections a preference.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
