Solar Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Inventory Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our cannabis inventory data.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Data Management: Collaborate with the Product Catalog Specialist to maintain a healthy SKU stack that accurately represents current inventory.
- Product Data Entry: Verify accurate data input and upload for live plants, work in progress, and packaged products.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile all inventory reports and analyze them for data health or discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Assist in performing quality checks on Solar SKU labels and regulatory tags.
- Training and Development: Assume responsibility of and actively train cultivation/inventory staff to create clone batches and print METRC plant tags with all the necessary information on them.
- Inventory Tracking: Collaborate with Data and IT team to maintain and implement inventory tracking systems and best practices.
- Cannabis Experience: Required
- METRC and Dutchie Knowledge: Required
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to problem solve and maintain accurate data
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
