Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team at Knipper HEALTH. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of client inventories, storage site inspections, and inventory closeouts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, intermediate math skills, attention to detail, and computer skills. They will also be able to utilize a smartphone to update our Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS) and complete assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of client inventories at client-specified storage sites, following client business rules and completing required documentation.
  • Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner, in accordance with Company and Client business rules.
  • Submit all assignment status changes using the on-line AIMS.
  • Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to audit, to ensure quality service levels.
  • Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance with Client expectations and timelines.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ability to utilize a smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments.
  • Follow all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Strive to exceed client needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in email and phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • College Degree Preferred.
  • Must have mobile electronic device.
  • Must have transportation to audit sites.
  • Valid driver's license with records that satisfy Company standards, and current motor vehicle insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical industry and/or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods.
  • May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. periodically.
