Global Force USA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialty Imaging Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures across various specialized areas, including mammography, computed tomography (CT), and special procedures.

As a Specialty Imaging Technologist, you will utilize advanced equipment, techniques, and computer programs to deliver accurate and high-quality diagnostic images. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the diagnosis and treatment of patients across diverse medical specialties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in mammography, computed tomography (CT), and special procedures areas.
  • Operate specialized equipment and utilize advanced imaging techniques to capture clear and detailed images.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures clearly, and provide compassionate care.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
  • State of Nevada License in Radiology.
  • Valid American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) Registered in Radiography.
  • National Certification in specialty areas such as Computed Tomography or Angiography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate the following:

  • Valid State of Nevada License in Radiology;
  • Valid American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) Registered in Computed Tomography;
  • Previous 3 (three) years experience in performing CT exams in a Trauma setting and;
  • CT interventional exams on patients;

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Physical Requirements:

A successful Specialty Imaging Technologist possesses a comprehensive understanding of radiographic procedures, protocols, and quality assurance measures. You will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing specialized equipment and techniques for diagnostic evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and colleagues.

This role requires physical stamina to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods. You must have the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
