Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Vascular Imaging Specialist, you will demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to provide care appropriate to the patients in your department.

Exhibit understanding of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's needs relative to their age-specific requirements, and deliver the necessary care as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.

You will deliver healthcare services utilizing x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
You will conduct radiographic and related procedures to visualize vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention as requested by a licensed practitioner.
You will exercise professional judgment in service performance and maintain a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics.

What qualifications you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate from an accredited Radiology program.
Registry eligible with A.R.R.T. and/or R.C.I.S. within six (6) months of hire, becoming registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (R.C.I.S.).
Limited State of N.V. Fluoroscopy License and maintained.
Current B.L.S.
Required to maintain A.R.R.T. and/or R.C.I.S. registry.
Minimum two years' experience as a Radiographer.
