Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Referral Specialist to join our team at West Coast Dental Administrative Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting quality dental services to local communities and increasing patient referrals to our offices.

You will be responsible for developing and executing outreach plans, establishing relationships with local businesses and organizations, and utilizing sales and marketing techniques to persuade potential patients to seek our dental services.

Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior marketing experience in the medical/dental industry is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills (or proficiency in another language)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
