Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Cohere Technology Group LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, creating, deploying, and maintaining multiple ServiceNow applications supporting the Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, HR Module, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, and more.
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
  • Provide expertise in standards and validations, such as ISO 9000.
  • Develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans.
  • Lead workflow presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as required.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer's organization to accomplish project tasks.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI With Fullscope Poly Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Backend development experience with C#, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, and Ruby programming languages.
  • ServiceNow experience and developer certification.
  • Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully capable with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
  • Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
  • Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development, including task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
