This role will play a critical part in the success of our institution, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Registrar's Office processing unit, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Supervise and develop a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvements, ensuring compliance with University, State, and federal policies.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders across the University to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and six years' of closely related professional experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Federal educational laws and policies pertaining to education records.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional work experience in an educational setting, overseeing a processing area with direct supervision of staff.
  • Experience with student data reporting and management systems.
