Enterprise Applications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Applications Director to lead our team in Denton, TX. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on enterprise applications. The Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enterprise application systems, including ERP systems (Ellucian or PeopleSoft), CRM (Salesforce), student systems, Oracle Cloud, ECM systems, and data warehousing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for enterprise applications aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Oversee the administration and enhancement of ERP systems (Ellucian or PeopleSoft) and CRM solutions (Salesforce) to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
* Manage student information systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Lead system integration efforts across various platforms to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
* Oversee system migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless transitions.
* Manage data warehousing solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve enterprise application functionality.
* Ensure all systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 10 years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a focus on ERP, CRM, and data systems.
* Proven experience with Ellucian or PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, and ECM systems.
* Strong background in system migration and integration projects.
* Expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and reporting tools.
* Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication skills – will interact with all levels of the organization.
* Professional project management and/or IT certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, agile preferred.
* Familiarity with effective IT or other shared governance models.
* Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and business operations.
* Understanding of software lifecycle and application development processes.
* Experience with business process analysis, including process mapping and re-engineering.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $120.00 to $125.00 per year.
