This role will collaborate with the Operations Excellence - Standards team to ensure that all retail standards and related operational information are optimized to support the pursuit of retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of retail excellence.
- Engage with enterprise functional experts to enhance and structure operational information.
- Lead collaborative sessions with cross-functional subject matter experts.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the identified retail standards and the supporting informational content.
- Advise on processes for the ongoing management of content.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Expertise in applying multidisciplinary business principles to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven leadership abilities; strong skills in change management, problem-solving, and coaching.

- In-depth knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures.
