This role will collaborate with the Operations Excellence - Standards team to ensure that all retail standards and related operational information are optimized to support the pursuit of retail excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of retail excellence.
  • Engage with enterprise functional experts to enhance and structure operational information.
  • Lead collaborative sessions with cross-functional subject matter experts.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the identified retail standards and the supporting informational content.
  • Advise on processes for the ongoing management of content.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Expertise in applying multidisciplinary business principles to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven leadership abilities; strong skills in change management, problem-solving, and coaching.
  • Capability to influence and operate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
